Dragonfly Way Improvements

Starting on or around June 1, 2026, the City of New Albany will be constructing a new east/west roadway between Clover Valley Road and Mink Street to connect both corridors. The project will include the installation of full depth composite pavement, curb, storm sewer, water line, street lighting, street trees and leisure trail. The roadway remains to be named, but will be referred to as “Dragonfly Way” for project construction purposes.

The work is expected to be substantially complete by December 31, 2026 with final completion slated for spring of 2027, which includes final details such as landscaping, leisure trail, and striping.
