Jug Street Closure

Starting on or around Feb. 1, a portion of Jug Street east of Mink Street will be closed for about three days. The closure is necessary to reconstruct the culvert that runs beneath the roadway. Two-way traffic on Mink Street will be maintained. Two-way traffic will also be maintained on Jug Street, but there will be no access from Jug Street to Mink Street.

Residents on this stretch of Jug Street will have access to their properties from the east, but they will need to use an alternate route. The map to the right provides a suggested route.

PRIME Construction Management and Survey will be performing project administration on behalf of the City of New Albany. The contractor for the project will be Complete General Construction.
