Construction of New Street, Briscoe Parkway

Briscoe Parkway between Harrison Road and Clover Valley Road is mostly complete and should be open to traffic in December. 

Underground work for the segment of Briscoe Parkway between Harrison Road and Horizon Court will begin by the end of the year. Above-ground work on that section of the road will begin next spring.

Briscoe Parkway is a new connector road in the Technology Manufacturing District of the New Albany International Business Park, connecting Horizon Court, Harrison Road, and Clover Valley Road. Briscoe Parkway was named in honor of former New Albany Mayor and Councilmember Colleen Briscoe, who served New Albany for 26 years.
